Kendra Wilkinson has gone publicity mad since the release of the Kendra Exposed sextape! Kendra launched a book and now it seems she is launching a fitness video. To promote the book and video, Kendra appeared on E! News and was seen leaving te E! News studios in Los Angeles recently.

Kendra looked great in blue shorts, a navy top and sneakers and was happy to wave to fans and pose for a few photos. Wilkinson told E! News that the key to a appy life was to keep moving: “Get that heart rate up, and that’s the No. 1 key to a happy life, really feeling good about yourself and feeling sexy.” The Kendra Wilkinson fitness video focuses on exactly that – getting the heart rate up. Funny thing, the Kendra Wilkinson sex tape does the exact same thing.
