Kendra Dancing with the Stars

Kendra Wilkinson has been a fountain of knowledge recently and has shared tips on fitness, living a healthy life, diets and lately even on how to succeed in the Dancing with the Stars reality television show.

On Dancing with the Stars, her advice is simple: “Make the best of it! My biggest pet peeve when I was on there was when people said, ‘just have fun’ that is the worst advice you can give anybody on that damn show because everybody is like whatever because that’s all you hear. You’re completely numb to hearing that, ‘just have fun’ you’re like, ‘shut up’ so I guess my advice would to be to just make the best of it”

There have been rumors suggesting that Kendra might be having another child soon, but they are untrue she declares. Apparently she has been having fun with a few drinks every now and then, saying: “I’m enjoying my alcohol a little too much now. No–we’re very balanced out right now so we would love to have another baby but maybe not just now.”

As for Kendra’s exercising tips, she suggests finding something that continues to be fun, like a few sport which you can change between depending on your mood. “I love working out, I love being active; I play every sport in the book and I just try to have fun with my workouts”

Kendra’s diet has also changed recently she says, as she has moved to grazing throughout the day instead of eating large meals. Kendra explains: “I’m a grazing–I don’t eat meals, I graze. So we’ve been eating a lot of those having a lot of good salads”

Kendra Date Night

Kendra Wilkinson was spotted on the weekend with husband Hank Baskett enjoying a date night away from the kids. They were seen enjoying a relaxing dinner at the Mediterraneo restaurant in Los Angeles.

Kendra was in relaxed mode, wearing jeans and a pink top, and she was all smiles for the paparazzi, as was Hank. They very much look like an incredibly comfortable and happy married couple these days!

Kendra Wilkinson has busted out with her best performance in Dancing with the Stars this season – doing an extremely sexy version of the samba. Kendra wore a sexy revealing yellow dress and at one stage jumped onto the table in front of the judges to give them a closeup of her booty and boobs!

The judges were rightfully impressed, with head judge Len Goodman saying “Last week you had a spark. This week you had a fire,’ he declared. ‘The more you gyrated the more I palpitated!”

Another judge gushed: “Oh, my god, – that was a guilty pleasure! You were so in your element in your dance. That was a big performance”.

Wilkinson was dancing to a Ricky Martin song and was guided around the stage by Louis van Amstel. She scored a 25, her best score, but she is still midway through the pack with a chance of winning!

Kendra Wilkinson Parties

Kendra Wilkinson is apparently glad to be back in California and was recently spotted enjoying the Los Angeles nightlife with some friends. The group of hotties firstly enjoyed some mexican food at the posh Beso restaurant, then followed that up with drinks at the Katsuya eatery.

Wilkinson has had a busy few months, moving around the country following football playing husband Hank Baskett, but is loving being back in Los Angeles, close to friends and family. Kendra has also recently lost the extra weight she gained during her pregnancy, apparently 50 pounds in total. In recent weeks she showed off her new body with a series of bikini photos and the results are incredibly hot!

The most intense bombshell was when Kendra discovered husband Hank Baskett had been fired from the Philadelphia Eagles before he had even played a game! That thrw Kendra into turmoil as she realised she had just been through the hassle of moving to Philadelphia and would have to move back to Los Angeles.

Other bombshells in the episode included Kendra saying she found fashion shows “boring”. So it looks like Kendra prefers the crazy Playboy mansion parties to stale fashion shows.

On the recent episodes Kendra also reveals she hasn’t stopped drinking and has a splitting hangover after a bit too much partying in Philadelphia!

Kendra to remove fake breasts?!

In a horror announcement for many of Kendra Wilkinson’s fans, she has announced that her fake breasts might be removed after the birth of her 2nd child!

The popular star of the reality TV show “Kendra” said that the huge boobs were causing her problems and she might go back to her natural cup size after breast feeding again.

Kendra blogged about it: “I do have some issues with my boobs now — they are kind of just big things and they’re a bit saggy, After I have my second child, I’m thinking I might take the implants out.”

Kendra has been doing it tough recently as husband Hank Baskett signed with yet another football team and is far away, leaving Kendra to raise their child by herself most of the time.

Kendra said it’s like being a single mother: “Moving across the country by myself makes me think of my own mom who raised me and my brother alone. Hank’s not going to be there forever, but with him not physically here, I’m a single parent now.”

Kendra Wilkinson promotes Playboy Competiton!

Kendra Wilkinson has starred on the cover of Playboy for a record 5th time! However much to the disappointment of many fans, the photos are from an old photoshoot, possibly as much as 2 years old.

One of the reasons Kendra appeared on the magazine was to help promote the Plaboy “Golden Ticket” competition. 10 lucky readers who find a golden ticket in their copy of Playboy will be attending the annual “Midsummers night” Playboy mansion party. Hugh Hefner will be in attendance of course, as will heaps of Playboy bunnies, but no word on Kendra Wilkinson’s attendance just yet.

Jimmy Jelenik, the editor of Playboy talked about the competition: “This is the first time we’ve literally swung the doors open to the public. The average reader will go home with stories they can’t tell their wives and girlfriends but will last forever. Hef thinks of this as a golden dreams ticket.”

In an exciting turn for Kendra Wilkinson fans, Kendra has appeared on the cover of the December issue of Playboy! There was some doubt as to if it was going to happen or not and Kendra herself had some deep discussions with husband Hank Baskett about it.

It turns out the photo shoot was actually taken at least 2 years ago, before she had her baby, so Hank Baskett was comfortable with Kendra releasing it. Kendra explained the situation: “I AM on the December cover of Playboy but it wasn’t from a recent shoot. The photos are from a shoot I did 2 years ago when I was still living in the mansion,” she explained. “I’m flattered to be on the cover again and as you all know Playboy has a very special place in my heart! I just wanted you guys to know I didn’t recently pose.”

On the season premiere of her reality TV show, “Kendra”, Kendra Wilkinson can be seen posing in lingerie for a Playboy test shoot. She is looking incredible in a green bra and sexy knee high boots. In the episode she is tentative about whether she should be doing a new Playboy shoot or not and her husband Hank Baskett was trying to talk her out of it.

Wilkinson told Baskett: “I can still be sexy and have fun and be a sexy mom and not pose nude, Maybe Playboy is the answer. I need to get back to being me again. The real Kendra, the crazy, free spirit.” Well it looks like Hank won out and Playboy have had to use an older shoot. However Kendra still looks incredible in it! More pics coming soon.
