Kendra Wilkinson has been a fountain of knowledge recently and has shared tips on fitness, living a healthy life, diets and lately even on how to succeed in the Dancing with the Stars reality television show.
On Dancing with the Stars, her advice is simple: “Make the best of it! My biggest pet peeve when I was on there was when people said, ‘just have fun’ that is the worst advice you can give anybody on that damn show because everybody is like whatever because that’s all you hear. You’re completely numb to hearing that, ‘just have fun’ you’re like, ‘shut up’ so I guess my advice would to be to just make the best of it”
There have been rumors suggesting that Kendra might be having another child soon, but they are untrue she declares. Apparently she has been having fun with a few drinks every now and then, saying: “I’m enjoying my alcohol a little too much now. No–we’re very balanced out right now so we would love to have another baby but maybe not just now.”
As for Kendra’s exercising tips, she suggests finding something that continues to be fun, like a few sport which you can change between depending on your mood. “I love working out, I love being active; I play every sport in the book and I just try to have fun with my workouts”
Kendra’s diet has also changed recently she says, as she has moved to grazing throughout the day instead of eating large meals. Kendra explains: “I’m a grazing–I don’t eat meals, I graze. So we’ve been eating a lot of those having a lot of good salads”
